- Hoelistic is a Online Adult Boutique designed and centered around Good, Clean Fun. We are a Black Woman- Owned business and one of our primary focuses is getting Comprehensive Sex Education out to the masses, with a vested interest in Black Woman. We believe that Sex begins before you even involve your genitals so our goal is to make sure were meeting all the needs were equipped to meet.

My Toy is broken, can I replace it?

- Good Question, Lover! Unfortunately, not everything can be returned or exchanged. Returns can be placed for products that are defective or damaged in transit. Return claims MUST be placed within 7 days of receipt. Products must be returned in the original packaging and must be unused. We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet this criteria.

Unfortunately, not every product can be returned or exchanged. Returns can be placed for products that are defective or damaged in transit. Return claims must be placed within 7 calendar days of receiving your product. Products must be returned in its original packaging and must be unused. If any product is found to be used, the return will not be honored.

Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order. Orders made before 9pm will be processed the following business day. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email used for the order. Please note- Tracking using the tracking information is the best way to figure out where your package is. If it’s been longer than the allotted time, please contact us.

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing your order and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. All refunds will be refunded, minus the Restocking Fee, in the form of Store Credit or Gift Card. Unfortunately, we are not able to update an address once the order is placed.
